The,miradordeconcordia457 where we hope you spend and enjoy your stay in our country, was built in 1942. It gives you conserving the architecture and furniture of the time, mi house have 3 confortable rooms whith balconies and very sunnyaircondition, television, refrigerator, , private bathroom, hot water ,entrace independent.
We can speak with you in English and Spanish. We are sure you will enjoy our house and your staying here.. There is a delicious breakfast offer, for only 3.00 CUC, dinner , taxi and laundry service. In our house you can also sit back and enjoy the balconies, dinning room , sitting rooms and kitchen ,etc. The ceilings are very high (around 4 meters height) to give better temperature and allow the winds across the house.

The price of the room is 25.00 cuc per night per person, the same for one or two people.
The check out is 12:00m and check in is 2:00pm, but if you need to leave or travel later because your ticket time we can keep your luggage in safe place until your leave and if you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage and walkand walk around until room be ready,all for your happiness
We are in the center of Havana, what allows you to travel important commercial and historical centers just walking, it is only at 10 minutes from the Historical Helmet of Havana and Vedado, at 5 minutes from de Chinese Town and Havana Casa de la Musica, as well as at 50m of the famous thematic Restaurant ¨La Guarida¨.
