The house is located on top of vibrant favela Vidigal and considered to have the best view over Leblon and Ipanema!

Vidigal is an aspiring and safe favela, respectively neighborhood, of Rio de Janeiro "Zona Sul". Within walking distance of 10 minutes you can reach the beach of Vidigal (hotel Sheraton) and Leblon/Ipanema (20 min). From the entrance of the favela, on Avenida Niemeyer, you have direct bus connection to Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Centro, Rocinha, Sao Conrado, Barra da Tijuca, and Recreio. In Sao Conrado Fashion Mall you will find good restaurants, shops and markets. In Vidigal you will find buffet restaurants, pizzeria and sushi. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to Rio touristic center without paying high prices.

Experience the favela, observe their habits without rubbernecking, talk with the people, walk between the allies without any fear! With the new police "UPP" it is safe, even during night. For sure, having pre-caution is a must, but that is even recommended for Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, and especially Downtown.

The rooms are basic, comfortable and have access to Wi-Fi. 2 public bathrooms with hot water 24/7 and kitchen for self-catering. The house is considered to have the best view over Leblon and Ipanema from the spacious terrace that fits 350 people.
